Andres Contreras Silva
Muskelterapeut & PT spesialist
Andres is an highly accomplished fitness professional with over a decade of experience. His extensive experience brings a unique blend of skills to the health and fitness industry. Born in Chile and raised in Sweden, Andres has a diverse background and a deep passion for fitness, particularly martial arts.
Andres is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Training Instructor from SAFE Education, and a trained masseur and sports massage therapist from Axelsson Body Work School.
His dual expertise allows him to offer a holistic approach to health and fitness, focusing on promoting good health and a strong, well-functioning body.
Andres thrives on helping and motivating people of all ages to achieve their health and fitness goals. His areas of expertise encompass functional training, mobility, and muscle therapy. His advanced training includes deep tissue muscle technique, headache and migraine coaching, position release, head and jaw therapy, and performance coaching.
With his diverse skills and client-centered approach, Andres is a valuable asset to anyone seeking to improve their health and fitness.
