    With 9 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and former Track and Field Athlete, Joanna aims to utilize her expertise in designing and delivering effective fitness programs to individuals and groups. She seeks a challenging position where she can apply her skills in providing personalized training, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, with the goal of helping clients live without pain and improve their quality of life.

Niklas Brinkmann

PERSONAL TRAINER / NUTRITIONIST / TENNIS COACH

  • Niklas is one of our Head Coaches at House of Health and primary located at House of Health Tullinløkka.

    Originally from Germany he has been working there as a Strength- & Conditioning-Coach for the German-Tennis-Association for the past seven years.

    Being both a Personal Trainer, who holds the highest acquirable PT License (A-License), and a certified Nutritionist with a Bachelor-Degree in Sports-Science, allows him to work with an holistic approach.

    His philosophy faces all aspects of health - training, recovery and nutrition - to create positive lifestyle changes and build long lasting results.

Joshua Hart

PERSONAL TRAINER / SPORTS NUTRITIONIST / Pro ATHLETE

  • While completing his Bachelor of Arts in Law with a minor in Criminal Justice in the U.S, Joshua played collegiate basketball earning numerous accolades both on the conference and national level. 

    Since graduating college in 2014 Joshua has continued playing basketball professionally at an elite level for different clubs in Europe, Asia and South America.

    For the last 5 years while still playing professional basketball here in Norway’s top league, he has worked as A Personal Trainer, group class instructor and basketball coach for several different age groups and skill levels.

    On top of his experience working with general strength and conditioning, Joshua has the ability to work with a vast amount of different types of client needs, including weight loss management, both pre, during and post pregnancy, injury rehabilitation, health coaching, and senior and youth fitness

Andres Contreras Silva

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH / MUSKELTERAPEUT

  • Andres is an highly accomplished fitness professional with over a decade of experience. His extensive experience brings a unique blend of skills to the health and fitness industry. Born in Chile and raised in Sweden, Andres has a diverse background and a deep passion for fitness, particularly martial arts.

    Andres is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Training Instructor from SAFE Education, and a trained masseur and sports massage therapist from Axelsson Body Work School. His dual expertise allows him to offer a holistic approach to health and fitness, focusing on promoting good health and a strong, well-functioning body.

    Andres thrives on helping and motivating people of all ages to achieve their health and fitness goals. His areas of expertise encompass functional training, mobility, and muscle therapy. His advanced training includes deep tissue muscle technique, headache and migraine coaching, position release, head and jaw therapy, and performance coaching.

    Bring your friend, partner or colleague and share the benefits of personal training.

    Studies have shown that sharing your exercise experiences with others can positively influence your training – helping boost results and increase the chances of building healthy habits.

  • PT Small Group

    PT small group is training in small groups of a maximum of 5 people, with a dedicated Coach.

    You get close follow-up and the possibility of adaptation along the way if necessary - while you train with other like-minded people.

  • Corporate Training

    Care and invest in your employees' health and well-being.

    Weekly company training gives you and your employees increased energy, strength and focus. In addition, you do something fun together.

    Company training is organised and suitable for everyone. It can be held in office premises or in our training studio.
