    Based on your employees’ needs, we can dive right in to classes, or begin with a series of Beginner Yoga Workshops that will introduce your team to the fundamental postures and techniques required for a safe yoga practice.

    We offer a variety of yoga styles, so there’s something for everyone. Together, we’ll determine your team’s preferences and needs and select the right yoga program for you!

  • Desk Yoga Sessions

    Desk Yoga Sessions

    A 30-minute yoga break right at your desk! I’ll come to you!

    This is a stress-reducing, stretching and relaxation class.

    We’ll perform a series of yoga postures and breathing exercises that are specifically selected to stretch out the most common “tight” muscle groups and joints, and initiate a relaxation response in the nervous system.

    The postures focus on releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, wrists and hips caused by poor posture & long hours seated in front of a computer.

    The breathing exercises, or mini-meditations, will improve stress resiliency by balancing out the nervous system. We will use various breathing and relaxation techniques to trigger the body’s “rest and digest” functions, which takes us out of the stressed “fight or flight” mode that we find ourselves in throughout the majority of the day.

    Greater stress resiliency enables us to recover more quickly and fully from stressful situations.

    Benefits include improved mental clarity and decision-making skills, reduced risk of illnesses and health issues, such as headaches, muscle tension, cardiovascular disease, and high blood-pressure, and improved mood and sleep quality.
