    Together, we will move mindfully through poses, focusing on proper alignment & modifications, and absorbing the stretching, strengthening, confidence-building benefits of each posture. Based on your employees' needs, we can dive right in to classes, or begin with a series of Beginner Yoga Workshops that will introduce your team to the fundamental postures and techniques required for a safe yoga practice.

    We spend our work days bent over our computers and hunched over our phones... Neck and back pain is an office plague. Our yoga sessions will incorporate movements to counteract poor desk posture and relieve pain, AND we'll teach you some stretching and posture techniques that can be practiced anytime, right at your desks!
